目的:研究心律宁对家兔实验性心肌缺血及心肌收缩性能的保护作用。方法:选健康家兔,麻醉后经十二指肠给药或生理盐水.40分钟后用脑垂体后叶素诱发心肌缺血及心功能损伤,以多道生理仪同步测试ECG、LVP及土dP/dtmax。结果:心律宁实验组心肌缺血阳性率显著低于生理盐水对照组(P<0.01),心肌收缩性能无损伤(P<0.01)。结论:心律宁对家兔心功能具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Xinluning on experimental myocardial ischemia and myocardial contractility in rabbits. METHODS: Healthy rabbits were selected after anesthesia and administered by duodenal or physiological saline. After 40 minutes, pituitary vasopressin induces myocardial ischemia and damage of cardiac function. ECG, LVP and soil dP/dtmax were simultaneously measured with multichannel physiological instruments. Results: The positive rate of myocardial ischemia in experimental group was significantly lower than that in saline control group (P<0.01), and myocardial contractility was not damaged (P<0.01). Conclusion: Xinluning has a protective effect on heart function in rabbits.
