消炎痛5mg/kg腹腔注射,连续三天,诱导大鼠肝脏金属硫蛋白(MT)含量增加21倍;经消炎痛诱导处理的动物CCl_4中毒时肝脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的形成较对照动物减少32%。消炎痛与离体大鼠肝细胞共同孵育6小时,细胞MT含量增加43%。提示消炎痛诱导肝脏MT含量增加可能是其肝保护作用的重要机制之一。
Indomethacin (5mg/kg) was intraperitoneally injected for three consecutive days, and the content of liver metallothionein (MT) was increased 21-fold in rats. The formation of malondialdehyde (MDA) in hepatic lipid peroxidation product was similar to that of the control group treated with indomethacin-induced CCl_4 poisoning. Animals decreased by 32%. Indomethacin was incubated with isolated rat hepatocytes for 6 hours and MT content in cells increased by 43%. It is suggested that the increase of liver MT content induced by indomethacin may be one of the important mechanisms of liver protection.
