下一步政府采购工作需要把握的几个问题:1.加强和改进政府采购监管;2.发挥政府采购政策功能;3.整合建立统一的公共资源交易平台;4.推进电子化政府采购建设;5.正确对待社会舆论监督。过去两年政府采购工作简要回顾2013年全国政府采购工作会议以来,各级财政部门认真贯彻落实党的十八届三中、四中全会精神和国务院有关政府采购工作部署,着力构建有利于结果导向的政府采购制度体系,推进放管结合的政府采购监管模式,不断提升政府采购透明度,各项工作取得了积极成效。
