采用1100 r/min旋转速度、180 mm/min焊接速度,进行3 mm厚散热器用T2铜与6061铝合金的对接搅拌摩擦焊试验,并对接头进行了X光无损检测、显微组织、显微硬度和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明,搅拌摩擦焊可以实现T2铜与6061铝合金的高质量异质连接,接头的显微硬度呈“W”型分布、抗拉强度达到T2铜母材的95%、伸长率达到6061铝合金母材的97%。
The friction stir welding of T2 copper and 6061 aluminum alloy with 3 mm thick radiators was carried out with a rotating speed of 1100 r / min and a welding speed of 180 mm / min.
