法律内容作为初中思想品德课教学内容的一部分,对于在学生中普及法律知识,弘扬法制精神,共建和谐校园有着较好的效果。但通过多年的教学实践,我发现要想在初中思想品德课中较好地把法律内容讲好、讲深入,使学生较好地接受则需把握以下几点。一、选择的内容要有普及性1.初中法律教学必须充分挖掘教材中的案例,这些教材案例是经过挑选产生的,具有较强的代表性、针对性,有效地运用这些现有案例,是诠释法律理论,加强法律教学的最好途径。
