摘要目的对照Gadofluorine M与钆喷葡胺增强MRI诊断兔胃癌模型转移淋巴结。材料与方法研究方案由学院动物保护委员会批准。将VX2癌接种于20只兔的胃壁。接种后4~6周行钆喷葡胺增强MRI检查,而Gadofluorine M增强MRI扫描于接种后约24h进行。由4名放射医生分别独立分析MR影像
Abstract Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Gadofluorine M and gadopentetate dimeglumine on metastatic lymph nodes in rabbit gastric cancer model. Materials and methods of research programs approved by the College Animal Protection Committee. VX2 carcinoma was inoculated on the stomach wall of 20 rabbits. Gd-DOPI enhanced MRI was performed 4 to 6 weeks after inoculation, whereas Gadofluorine M enhanced MRI scan was performed approximately 24h after inoculation.
