9月25日,以“回顾总结改革开放30周年机关事务工作改革与发展的历程和经验”为主题的华东六省一市政府机关事务管理部门第十七次联席会在江西南昌召开。国务院副秘书长、国务院机关事务管理局局长焦焕成应邀出席会议,并作了题为《总结后勤改革经验推动机关事务工作科学发展》的重要讲话,江西省人民政府副省长史文清介绍了江西省情和江西省经济社会发展情况,并对江西省人民政府机关事务管理局下一步改革发展提出了要求。
On Sept. 25, the 17th joint meeting of the organ affairs administration departments of six provinces and municipalities in East China with the theme of “Review and Summarization of the Course and Experiences of the Reform and Development of the Organizations’ Affairs and Organizations on the 30th Anniversary of Reform and Opening up” was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi. Jiao Huancheng, deputy secretary general of the State Council, and director of the State Council’s Office of Authority Affairs, was invited to attend the meeting and made an important speech entitled “Summarizing the Experience of Logistics Reform to Promote the Scientific Development of Government Affairs”. Shi Wenqing, Vice Governor of Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government, introduced Jiangxi Province Situation and economic and social development in Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government Authority Affairs and the next step reform and development put forward requirements.
