目的探讨左半结肠病变伴急性梗阻行一期切除吻合的效果。方法分析我院自2001年至2009年17例左半结肠急性梗阻患者进行一期切除吻合的手术方式和效果。结果17例经行术中肠道灌洗后,行一期切除吻合,3例出现切口感染,1例出现吻合口瘘,无死亡病例。结论掌握手术指征和术中肠道灌洗,一期肠吻合治疗急性左半结肠完全性梗阻的方法安全,经济,避免二次手术,降低了肿瘤复发率。
Objective To investigate the effect of one-stage resection and anastomosis of left-sided colonic lesion with acute obstruction. Methods From January 2001 to 2009, 17 cases of acute left colonic obstruction in our hospital were treated by a one-stage resection and anastomosis. Results Seventeen cases underwent intestinal resection and laparotomy. One case of resection and anastomosis was performed. Three cases had incisional infection. One case had anastomotic fistula without any death. Conclusion To master the surgical indications and intraoperative intestinal lavage, an intestine anastomosis for the treatment of acute left half colon complete obstruction is safe and economical, to avoid secondary surgery and reduce the recurrence rate.
