电视剧发展速度之快简直可用铺天盖地来形容,但总体质量尚不尽人意,实在使人着急。在讲到如何提高电视剧质量时,有一种见解人人认同,即电视剧应该在提高文化素质和文学性上作出努力。这意见千真万确,我也一直这样认为;另一方面又纳闷,我国文学(包括专业的或可借用的电视剧创作力量)导演,表演及摄、录、美术的创作力量从总体说相当可观,为什么提高电视剧质量年年喊,但总是收效不大,令人失望呢? 电视剧是大众艺术,如何对待这个大众性,两种文化有两种不同的态度。纯粹的商业文化完全采取媚俗的态度,以迎合大众趣味、利用大众趣味来达到商业目的。资本主义的电视文化基本上就是这样一种商业文化;我们的电视剧(文化)也包含着一定的商业性,这一点不必回避,但是它的前面还有四个字:社会主义。我们的电视剧是社会主义电视文化的组成部分。这
The rapid development of the drama is almost overwhelming to describe, but the overall quality is not satisfactory, it is really worrying. When it comes to how to improve the quality of drama, there is a consensus that everyone should make efforts to improve cultural quality and literary character. On the other hand, I wonder at the fact that the creative power of directors, performers, and filming, recording and art in our country’s literature (including the professional or borrowing power of the creative work of the TV series) is quite impressive in general.
