转眼间,我已经在教师岗位上度过了两年时间。这两年对我来说,是蜕变的两年,我完成了从一名大学毕业生到青年教师的蜕变。新手上路主动学习我一直在困惑自己能否成为一名合格而称职的教师。当我踏上工作岗位后,领导的一番话提醒了我。他说,学校里学的知识只是敲门砖,而真正的经验是从头学起,而且无论多么平凡的岗位,只要你认真踏实,就一定能够做出一番成就。因为这番话,我摆正了自己的心态,不再觉得别扭和不安,而是踏踏实实地准备从头学起。
