学习六中全会精神,贯彻新时期党的民族工作的基本方针,必须结合民族工作的实际,切实把握以下三个方面:一要把握好科学发展观这个指导思想。要坚持以人为本,一切从实际出发,按照统筹区域之间的协调发展、统筹经济与社会的协调发展、统筹民族之间的协调发展、统筹人与自然和谐发展的要求,科学确定少数民族和民族地区的发展思想和目标,实现少数民族和民族地区生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好、人与自然和谐。
