近23年我们诊断急性粒细胞减少症与缺乏症66例。男28例,女38例。药物诱发41例,感染、败血症4例。全部病人均发热,咽痛60%,颈及颌下淋巴结肿痛28%,口腔坏死、节段性肺炎各1例。白细胞0.3～3.8×10~9/L,中性粒细胞绝对值0～1.28×10~9/L,6例外周血见幼稚细胞。骨髓增生活跃61例,低下5例,均有粒系改变。解热镇痛药诱发24例中服1～6片13例、7～20片5例、两种制剂以上6例。粒细胞绝对值分别为0～0.315 In the past 23 years, we diagnosed 66 cases of acute granulocytopenia and deficiency. 28 males and 38 females.
