目的:评价实时质控管理在危重症患者管理中的运用效果。方法:选取温州医科大学附属第二医院EICU危重症患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机分配的方法将该120例患者随机分为实时质控组和传统管理组,实时质控组采用实时质控的护理管理方法对患者进行护理管理,传统管理组对患者实施传统护理管理。对两组患者的护理质量和患者及家属对护理工作的满意度进行对比研究。结果:实时质控管理与传统管理组相比,在护理人员的护理质量和患者对护理工作的满意度方面,实时质控组均优于传统管理组(P<0.05)。结论:实施实时质控管理可提高护理人员的综合素质,减少护理纠纷和不良事件的发生,提高护理质量,增加患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of real-time quality control management in the management of critically ill patients. Methods: 120 cases of critically ill patients with EICU in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as research objects. According to the method of random allocation, the 120 patients were randomly divided into real-time quality control group and traditional management group. Real- Nursing management of patient care management, the traditional management of patients with traditional nursing management. The two groups of patients with nursing quality and patient and family satisfaction of nursing work were compared. Results: Compared with the traditional management group, the real-time quality control group was better than the traditional management group (P <0.05) in terms of the nursing quality of caregivers and patients’ satisfaction with nursing work. Conclusion: The implementation of real-time quality control can improve the overall quality of nursing staff, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes and adverse events, improve the quality of nursing and increase the satisfaction of patients and their families for nursing work.
