多年来,吉林省高速公路管理局松原管理分局十分注重有计划、有步骤地推进人事档案信息化建设,在档案管理上投入了大量的人力、物力和财力。与省高管局人事处建立良好的交流指导关系,定期邀请上级部门人事档案干部检查指导工作,不断推进人事档案管理工作,在人事档案的搜集归档、查借阅、调档转递等各个方面进行了积极的探索,将人事档案管理工作的规范化、制度化、细致化总体要求落到实处,及时有效地应对相关问题。因此,本文主要从人事档案管理常见问题与如何应对两方面进行探讨。
