目的 :了解旅客列车德国小蠊对二氯苯醚菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏和残杀威的抗药性。方法 :点滴法。结果 :旅客列车上采集的 5个品系德国小蠊与敏感品系比较 ,对二氯苯醚菊酯、氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为 16 .2~ 37.6、4.0~ 15 .7和 4.5~ 2 1.3,对敌敌畏和残杀威的抗性系数分别为 3.0~ 32 .7、1.3~12 .4。所有品系对二氯苯醚菊酯均产生了抗药性 ,尤其南方品系 (SD)对 5种杀虫剂已产生程度不同的抗性。结论 :旅客列车德国小蠊对 5种杀虫剂敏感性和抗药性不一 ,化学防制须合理选择药物、浓度及用药方法
OBJECTIVE: To understand the resistance of Periplaneta germanica to permethrin, cypermethrin, deltamethrin, dichlorvos and propoxur. Method: drip method. Results: The resistance coefficients of Permethrin, cypermethrin and deltamethrin in the five strains collected from passenger train were 16.2 ~ 37.6 and 4.0 ~ 15.7, respectively, compared with susceptible strains 4.5 ~ 2 1.3, resistance to dichlorvos and propoxur were 3.0 ~ 32.7,1.3 ~ 12.4. All isolates of permethrin were resistant, especially southern ones (SD) to different degrees of resistance to five insecticides. Conclusion: The sensitivity and drug resistance of Blattella germanica to five kinds of insecticides are different in passenger trains. Chemical control should be based on rational selection of drugs, concentrations and methods of administration
