现代企业不应当再把员工只当作劳动力来看待了,我个人觉得,把他们当作是以自身体力或脑力为企业出资的合作者来对待更为恰当一些。
Modern enterprises should not treat their employees only as their workforce. Personally, I think it is more appropriate to treat them as collaborators with their own physical or mental power to fund their businesses.
