I. INTRODUCTION It is well-known that the effects of the sub-formation microclimate on the production of human beings and their material information are all well known. Scholars have many monographs or anthologies. In their monographs and dissertations, they all discussed the physical basis for the formation of stratum microclimates, the changing laws and the human rebuilding and utilization of microclimates. Byram, the American physicist, once proposed in his theory of fire theory the relationship between fire and the atmospheric stability of the troposphere. He discussed in large measure the relationship between the kinetic energy of the wind and the thermal energy of the fire. However, he did not mention the relationship between the stability of stratum stratification and the occurrence and development of forest fires.
