老年期抑郁症是指首次发病于60岁以后,以持久的抑郁心境为主要临床表现的一种精神障碍。我们认为,老年期抑郁症的中医病机为肾虚肝郁,以虚为本,以郁为标,以补肾解郁汤配合氟西汀治疗收到较好疗效,现将结果报告如下。1临床资料1.1纳入标准1符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(CCMD- Senile depression refers to the first onset in the age of 60, with a long-term depression mood as the main clinical manifestations of a mental disorder. We believe that the TCM pathogenesis of senile depression is Kidney Deficiency and Liver Depression, with deficiency as the basis, Yu as the standard, and Bushen Jieyu Decoction with fluoxetine treatment receiving better curative effect, the results are reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 Inclusion criteria 1 in line with China’s mental disorders classification and diagnostic criteria (CCMD-
