【人物名片】陈德平,1963年7月生,男,汉族,大学本科。现任资阳市精神病医院(资阳市第四人民医院)院长,四川省心理卫生协会理事。2008年被民政部、全国心理卫生协会分别表彰为抗震救灾先进个人,2012年被人力资源和社会保障部、民政部评为全国民政系统先进工作者,2013年被评为全国民政行业首批领军人才,2015年6月被四川省委授予“践行‘三严三实’优秀党员领导干部”荣誉称号。
