目前已利用 DNA重组技术克隆水蛭素编码基因 ,并通过工程菌发酵生产 ,仍有若干实验室通过蛋白质工程对它进行改造 ,由此实例引发对发展我国中药生物工程的一点思考
At present, we have used DNA recombination technology to clone hirudin-encoding genes and ferment them through engineering bacteria. There are still a number of laboratories that have been reconstructing them through protein engineering, and this case has led to the development of Chinese herbal biological engineering.
