随着我国经济水平的大幅度的增长,人民对生活质量的追求也在不断提高,对居住环境和房产质量也提出了更高的要求和标准。作为房地产项目工程质量监控有效测评的房产测量计算工作,是对现代房产质量最直观、有效的体现。就我国现阶段的房产测量质计算中还存在很多局限性因素,不利于房产质量控制工作的开展和实施,因此,本文简单的分析我国房产测量工作目前的现状,尝试总结有利于房产质量控制的措施和方法。
