工会是职工合法权益的代表者和维护者,要通过工会组织的工作,保障职工群众的合法权益,调动职工群众的积极性、主动性和创造性,为加快发展提供动力。有些地方工会组织覆盖率和职工入会率都高达95%以上,但工会工作效果和群众的要求存在较大差距,亟待推进工会组织优势向工作优势转
Trade unions are the representatives and defenders of the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members. Through the work of trade union organizations, the unions must safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the workers and the masses of the people, arouse the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the workers and staff and motivate the acceleration of development. In some localities, the coverage rate of trade unions and the enrollment rate of workers and staff members are as high as 95% or more, but there is a big gap between the effect of trade unions and the demands of the masses.
