《中国药典》1990年版一部茯苓项下规定:“本品粉末灰白色。不规则颗粒状团块及分枝状团块无色,遇水合氯酣渐熔化。”徐国钧主编的《中药材粉末显微鉴定》一书规定:“茯苓粉末遇水合氯酣液粘化成胶冻状,加热团块物溶化,露出菌丝。”采用水合氯醛法,茯苓菌丝溶化速度慢,且在显微镜下不易观察。笔者经过实验发现,茯苓粉末遇碘液加热后,其菌丝溶化速度较快,菌丝形态特征明显,便于显微观察,
