近年来,为适应就业形势的变化,湖北省驻外机构进一步加强管理,完善工作机制,拓宽服务范围,创新服务模式,积极为外出务工人员提供各项公共就业服务,亮点纷呈,成效明显。积极化解“用工难”四地组团赴东莞揽才随着湖北经济快速发展,部分企业对熟练工需求不断上升,对高技能人才的需求也越来越紧迫。为化解部分企业“招工难”现象,仙桃、潜江、天门、当阳四市在广东省东莞市联合举办了创业政策推介暨技能人才交流会。这是湖北省人社部门首次组团赴沿海经济发达地区进行创业
