目的研究两种不同的清洗方法对氧气湿化瓶消毒效果的影响,选择一种最佳的清洗流程对湿化瓶进行处理,降低医院感染率的发生。方法将病区内循环使用的640只广口耐高温的湿化瓶分成A、B两组,每组各320只;两组均采用清洗机机械清洗,A组采用直接倒置装筐后上清洗机清洗的方法,B组采用先除垢,后倒置装筐上清洗机清洗的方法,对清洗后的两组湿化瓶进行细菌学采样,比较两组清洗消毒效果。结果 60min后A组采样合格率为100.0%、B组为100.0%,两组差异无统计学意义;存放第7天后,A组湿化瓶采样合格率为50.0%、B组为98.8%,将两组第5、7天数据进行统计处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经过流程改进,即用除垢处理后的湿化瓶外观光鲜亮丽,消毒效果明显,保存期延长。
Objective To study the effect of two different cleaning methods on the disinfection effect of oxygen humidification bottle, choose an optimal cleaning process to treat the wet bottle and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection. Methods A total of 640 wide-mouth, high-temperature, temperature-resistant moisturizing bottles circulating in the ward were divided into A and B groups, each with 320 in each group. Both groups were mechanically cleaned with a washing machine. In Group A, Machine cleaning method, B group using the first descaling, after the inverted basket installed on the washing machine cleaning method, after cleaning the two groups of humidified bottles for bacteriological sampling, cleaning and disinfection of the two groups were compared. Results After 60 minutes, the pass rate of group A was 100.0% and that of group B was 100.0%. There was no significant difference between the two groups. After the 7th day of storage, the passing rate of wet bottle in group A was 50.0% and that in group B was 98.8% The data of the 5th and 7th days of both groups were statistically analyzed, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion After the process improvement, the appearance of the humidified bottle after descaling is bright and beautiful, the disinfection effect is obvious and the shelf life is prolonged.
