回采作业的连续化是矿山地下开采技术发展的重要趋势，连续采矿工艺和装备受到越来越多国家的重视。成中国有色金属工业总公司科技攻关项目“安庆铜矿强化开采科技攻关”的要求，我们研制成功了ＣＪＤＹ－１２００原矿车架带式运输机。该设备能稳定可靠地运输８００ｍｍ左右的爆破原矿，并具有结构简单、容易制造、维修操作方便、生产能力大、能耗低、噪音小、无废气污染等突出优点。该设备在安庆铜矿的应用取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益，是一种运输原矿或其它大块物料的新型高效连续运输设备。
Continuous mining operation is an important trend of underground mining technology development, continuous mining technology and equipment by more and more countries attention. As China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation scientific and technological project “Anqing copper mine technology research breakthrough” requirements, we developed a successful CJDY-1200 ore carrier belt conveyor. The device can stably and reliably transport about 800mm of blasting ore and has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, convenient maintenance and operation, large production capacity, low energy consumption, low noise and no exhaust gas pollution. The equipment has achieved significant economic and social benefits in the application of Anqing Copper Mine, and is a new type of high-efficiency continuous transportation equipment for transporting crude ore or other bulk materials.
