新农村建设对古村落保护而言是一把双刃剑,为承载千年历史文化的古村落提供千载难逢的发展机遇时,也随之带来不同程度的破坏。作为物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产综合体的村落,在建筑风貌、人文环境等遭到不同程度的破坏时,意味着千百年的文化积淀随之消失。如何在社会主义新农村建设中,既能保护好千百年来形成的文化遗产和文化传统,又能走出一条发展古村落、建设新农村的和谐发展之路?亟需引起广大规划者、建设者的思考。
