钢板-混凝土组合桥面板弯曲刚度计算方法研究

为了研究钢板-混凝土组合桥面板的弯曲刚度和变形计算方法,对6块钢板-混凝土组合桥面板试件进行了两点对称集中加载静力试验研究,得到组合桥面板在静载试验下的荷载-跨中挠度试验曲线。考虑到组合桥面板受力性能及构造特点,提出了基于钢筋混凝土受弯构件弯曲刚度计算理论的组合桥面板弯曲刚度的2种简化方法,并分别按照2种简化方法对试验试件在不同荷载水平下的变形进行了计算。计算结果表明,采用这2种简化方法所得到的变形结果与试验结果比较吻合,比一般常用的等效刚度法要准确,建议在工程实践中采用简化计算方法进行组合桥面板刚度计算。 In order to study the calculation method of bending stiffness and deformation of steel-concrete composite bridge deck, two-point symmetrical concentrated loading static test was carried out on the six steel-concrete composite bridge deck specimens. The load of composite bridge deck under static load test - Mid-span deflection test curve. Considering the mechanical properties and structural features of the composite deck, two simplified methods for calculating the flexural rigidity of the composite deck were proposed based on the calculation theory of the flexural rigidity of reinforced concrete flexural members. Two simplified methods were used to test the flexural rigidity of the composite deck under different loads Horizontal deformation is calculated. The calculated results show that the deformation results obtained by these two simplified methods are in good agreement with the experimental results and more accurate than the commonly used equivalent stiffness method. It is suggested that the simplified calculation method be used to calculate the stiffness of composite deck slabs in engineering practice.
