文综述应用超声多普勒研究尿路梗阻时肾血流动力学改变情况。尿路梗阻时，肾血流ＲＩ升高；梗阻肾与非梗阻肾之间ＲＩ差异显著。其诊断敏感性高，且特异性强。
In this review, the changes of renal hemodynamics during urinary tract obstruction were studied by using Doppler ultrasound. Urinary tract obstruction, RI increased renal blood flow; obstruction of renal and non-obstructive renal RI significant difference. The diagnosis of high sensitivity and specificity.
