在建党95周年之际,中共中央颁布《中国共产党问责条例》。问责条例是党的十八大以来党的建设领域又一重大制度创新,充分彰显了以习近平同志为总书记的党中央全面从严治党、净化党内政治生态的坚定决心和管党治党的历史担当,彰显了我们党自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高的勇气和智慧。党的领导是中国特色社会主义最本质的特征,集中体现为政治、思想和组织领导。中央宣传部是党中央主管意识形态方面工作的综合职能部门,肩负着党的思想理论建设和宣传党的路线方针政策的职责。问责条例的出台,对于宣传思想文化部门各级党组织和领导干部强化责任意识、激发担当精神,具有重大意义。
