目的:通过对急性化脓性中耳炎进行临床研究,找出更有效的治疗方法。方法:选取38例患有急性化脓性中耳炎的患者进行对比治疗,将其分为西医治疗组19例,中西医结合治疗组19例。结果:西医治疗组的总有效率为78.9%,中西医结合治疗组的总有效率为94.5%。结论:对两组患者的治疗结果进行比较,发现中西医结合治疗组的总有效率明显高于西医治疗组,因此,在治疗急性化脓性中耳炎时,进行中西医结合治疗更加有效,值得广泛应用与推广。
OBJECTIVE: To identify more effective treatments through clinical studies on acute suppurative otitis media. Methods: Thirty-eight patients with acute suppurative otitis media were selected for comparison and treatment. They were divided into two groups: 19 in Western medicine group and 19 in Integrative Chinese medicine group. Results: The total effective rate of Western medicine treatment group was 78.9%, the total effective rate of Integrative Medicine group was 94.5%. Conclusion: The results of two groups of patients were compared and found that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was significantly higher than the total effective rate of Western medicine treatment group, therefore, in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment is more effective and should be widely used With promotion.
