班级管理是学校管理的细胞,时下,以班主任为主导、学生自主管理为主体的班级自主管理已是大势所趋。但就现状来看,由于学生“诚信”不足,不能实事求是地面对管理和被管理,导致班级自主管理陷入两难境地。在班主任工作实践中,坚持言传身教,潜移默化中渗透诚信意识;坚持因势利导,循循善诱中固化诚信行为;突出诚信实践,体验自主管理快乐,让学生在诚信和自主管理中成长,让学生在自主管理中发展,不失为班级管理的有效之举。
