最近,我观看了10多所幼儿园的一日活动。这些幼儿园的教师大多重上课、轻游戏。究其原因,主要是: 一、受单纯智育观的影响,把上课看成硬任务,抓得紧。多数幼儿园在期末考查教师教学效果时,偏重于考查幼儿对知识的记忆;而游戏活动开展得如何则是不问的,于是成了软任务。加之目前时髦的幼儿英语热、钢琴热、体育热,更加重了教师重上课,轻游戏的倾向。二、近年来,各地办起了学前班,学前班教师中有不少是小学教师。不要以为合格的小学教师理所当然就是
