1996年1月9日,山东省委办公厅致函济南市委办公厅,要求查处1995年12月25日《大众日报》登载的一位农民来信反映“领结婚证竟花700多元”的问题,同时转来省委书记的批示,要求市委主要领导亲自过问,查实情况。经查,章丘市枣园镇大站村村民李某,11月20日去镇政府登记领结婚证时,镇政府先让其交养老保险金300元、放环节育费100元、一胎办证38.5元、跟踪服务费25元、登记工本募捐费135元、母子平安人寿保险费50元,共计648.5元后才发给结婚证。与来信反映的问题基本相符。章丘市委对此采取了整改措施。
