能值可将各种资源、产品或劳务转化为其形成所需的太阳能,使之成为生态系统与经济系统交叉联系的纽带,是生态经济系统整合研究评价的重要方法之一。为有效评价土地整治能值效益,并比较其在不同类型项目区间的差异,笔者分别选取地处沿江平原类型区的江苏宜兴和黄土源梁类型区的甘肃宁县的2个土地整治项目作为分析对象,运用能值分析的方法,构建相对能值指标体系,从投入端、评价端、产出端,对土地整治项目实施前后的农田生态效益进行对比分析。研究结果表明:(1)从能值角度来看,项目区农田生态系统总能值产出、能值货币价值提高,系统能值自给能力增强,环境负载率下降,可持续发展指数提高;(2)从能值效益角度来看,宁县项目区在投入端、评价端、产出端中的各项指标的相对变化率均优于宜兴项目区,特别在能值货币价值方面的达到275%;(3)从能值测算角度,受水土资源利用边际效益的影响,资源禀赋较差的土地整治区在能值效益提升方面优于资源条件较好的土地整治类型区。“,”Emergy can convert resources, products or services into the solar energy that is needed for its formation, making it the cross link between the ecosystem and economic system, and it is one of the important methods of researching and evaluating the integration of eco-economic system. In order to assess the emergy effectiveness of land reclamation efficiently and compare the differences among different types of projects, the authors chose Yixing of Jiangsu Province which is located in plain along the river and Ningxian of Gansu Province which is located in the loess plateau as the analysis objects, the method of emergy analysis was used, the relative emergy index system was established, the ecological benefits of the farmland before and after land reclamation were compared and analyzed from the input field, appraisal field and output field. The results showed that: (1) from the angle of emergy, in the project area, the emergy total output and monetary value of emergy of farmland ecosystem increased, the self-sufficiency of the system was enhanced, the environmental load ratio decreased, and the sustainable development index was improved; (2) from the angle of emergy, the relative change rates of various indicators of Ningxian project were better than that of Yixing, especially in the aspect of the monetary value of emergy reached 275%; (3) from the angle of emergy calculation, affected by marginal benefit of land utilization efficiency and water resource, the improvements of emergy effectiveness of the project area with poor resource endowment were better than those with preferable resource endowment.
