给水泵轴端密封采用迷宫型密封,密封水回水经多级U型管回至凝汽器,当多级U型管出现缺陷,不能起到有效的水封高度时,将对机组真空有影响,机组运行期间不能进行处理,只有通过多级U管的排地沟阀门将密封水排至地沟,此方式将增大机组补水量,同时造成大量热量的损失,影响机组的经济性,根据此问题进行分析问题原因,并制定出最佳改造方案,改造后运行稳定,且降低了维护及操作强度。
