本文探讨了平均气温和积温在农业气象条件分析研究中的一些不足之处，提出了温度评价函数和过程适宜度的概念，并据此分析了杭州市历年早晚稻生长发育期间的热量条件．
In this paper, some shortcomings of the average temperature and accumulated temperature in the analysis of agricultural meteorological conditions are discussed. The concepts of temperature evaluation function and process suitability are put forward, and the heat conditions during the growth and development of early and late rice in Hangzhou are analyzed.
