最近,我们对启东市寅阳镇和王鲍乡集体企业产权制度改革情况作了初步的调查。改革前,两乡(镇)农村经济发展水平差距较大。1992年乡村工业总产值和农户人均纯收入,寅阳镇分别为11386万元、1142元,王鲍乡分别为3005万元、804元。通过调查,初步印象是两个乡(镇)的改革总体上是成功的,有经验、有教训,给我们很多启示。
Recently, we made preliminary investigations into the reform of the property rights system of collective enterprises in Qiyang Township and Wangbao Township, Qidong City. Prior to the reform, the level of rural economic development in the two townships (towns) was quite different. In 1992, the total output value of rural industry and the per capita net income of rural households were 116.38 million yuan and 1142 yuan respectively in Xiangyang Township, and 30.50 million yuan and 804 yuan in Wangbao Township respectively. Through investigations, the preliminary impression was that the reforms in the two townships (towns) were generally successful. They had experience and lessons and gave us a lot of inspiration.
