目的观察补益营卫方对衰老小鼠表皮角蛋白(Keratin,K)K19的影响,探讨补益营卫方延缓皮肤衰老的机制。方法以自然衰老小鼠为研究对象,制备冰冻切片,应用免疫荧光法观察补益营卫方对衰老皮肤表皮K19表达的影响。结果衰老小鼠皮肤表皮中K19的表达水平较年轻小鼠明显下调,两者之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。应用补益营卫方高、中、低剂量组处理后,可显著提高K19在衰老表皮的表达,与老龄模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),中、低剂量组较高剂量组为高(P<0.01)。结论补益营卫方通过促进衰老皮肤表皮K19的表达,起到延缓皮肤衰老作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Buyi Yingwei prescription on Keratin (K) K19 in aging mice and explore the mechanism of Buyi Yingwei prescription in delaying skin aging. Methods Frozen sections were prepared from natural aged mice. Immunofluorescence was used to observe the effects of BuYiYingWei Fang on K19 expression in aging skin. Results The expression level of K19 in the skin epidermis of aging mice was significantly lower than that of the young mice (P <0.05). After treatment with high, medium and low dose of BuYuanYingWei, the expression of K19 in aging epidermis was significantly increased (P <0.05), and the middle and low dose groups were higher than those in the high dose group High (P <0.01). Conclusion Buyying Yingwei decoction can delay skin aging by promoting the expression of K19 on the aging skin.
