近年来国内不少报告用中医中药治疗乳糜尿,取得满意效果。国外Anjaria等于1972年报告用甲硝哒唑治疗2例乳糜尿及乳糜腹水,收到奇效。我院1975年开始应用甲硝哒唑治疗乳糜尿3例,经过两年多的随访观察,发现疗效既满意,又巩固,故报导如下: 例1 孙××,女,35岁,有血丝虫病史一年余。小便间歇性呈乳白色伴尿频,小腹坠胀和腰酸9个月,活动后加重,小便内可见白色絮状物。曾用910糖浆及海群生治疗,症状虽稍减轻,但小便不能完全变
