采用板状带V型缺口试样;在自制的热疲劳试验机上进行试验,研究了热处理条件对未经锻造的GJW50钢结硬质合金热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,优化热处理条件,可提高台金中钢基体相的热疲劳抗力,从而抑制或终止热疲劳裂纹在钢基体相中的扩展。
V-notch specimens with plate-like ribbons were used. The experiments were carried out on a self-made thermal fatigue tester to study the effect of heat treatment on the thermal fatigue properties of the non-forged GJW50 steel bonded cemented carbide. The results show that optimizing the heat treatment conditions can improve the thermal fatigue resistance of the steel matrix phase in the Taizhong steel so as to restrain or terminate the thermal fatigue crack propagation in the steel matrix phase.
