通过对我国国家级法学教学团队的比较研究可以发现,建设优秀法学教学团队主要包括如下路径:打造具有较高专业素质和结构优化的教学团队;通过教学研究和教学改革、教材及网络学资源建设、科研及科研转化教学提高教学团队的整体水平;通过教授给本科生授课、团队合作授课、多途径提高教学效果以提高团队的教学水平;通过教学改革成果应用推广,为兄弟院校培训教师等强化教学团队的影响和辐射能力。
