高职教育的根本任务是培养高等技术应用性专门人才,其培养目标的专业性、职业性、应用性、实践性等特色十分鲜明。虽然轨道交通相关专业要求学生具备较强的操纵、整备检查、试验、应急故障处理等专业实践能力,但铁路运输设备价格高、种类多、更新快等特征又限制了学生专业实践能力的提高。因此,需要在高职院校动车组专业教学中以微课为主要栽体,结合虚拟仿真软件,采用“课前学习》情境导入》讨论答疑》模拟演练》布置作业》课堂考核》总结提升”七个环节来开展教学。
