目的探讨基质细胞衍生因子编码基因多态性与冠心病相关性及民族差异性。方法比较实验组和对照组间rs1801157位点等位基因和基因型频率,比较不同民族间基因型和等位基因分布情况,并与国内外已有研究结果进行比较。结果实验组与对照组间等位基因频率存在显著性差异(χ2=3.963,P=0.047<0.05),玉溪地区主要民族傣族、哈尼族、彝族、汉族(对照组)间该位点基因型和等位基因频率差异均存在显著性,汉族对照组等位基因频率还与国内外已有研究的多个民族或种族间差异存在显著性。结论基质细胞衍生因子编码基因rs1801157位点G等位基因可能为玉溪地区汉族人群冠心病的独立危险因素,该基因位点单核苷酸多态性存在民族或种族差异性。
Objective To investigate the association of stromal cell-derived factor gene polymorphisms with coronary heart disease and ethnic differences. Methods The frequencies of alleles and genotypes of rs1801157 in the experimental group and the control group were compared and the distribution of genotypes and alleles among different ethnic groups were compared. The results were compared with the previous studies. Results There was significant difference in the allele frequency between the experimental group and the control group (χ2 = 3.963, P = 0.047 <0.05). The genotypes of the loci in the Dai, Hani, Yi and Han nationalities (control group) Allele frequency differences were significant, the Han control allele frequency and the number of national or international studies have shown that there is a significant ethnic or racial differences. Conclusions The G allele of rs1801157 in stromal cell-derived factor gene may be an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease in Han nationality in Yuxi area. There is ethnic or racial difference in the single nucleotide polymorphisms of this locus.
