本文报道了用毛细管气相色谱法测定沙棘油中α-生育酚的含量,测得四川小金和阿坝地区种子油中生育酚的含量为0.109%和0.158%(g/g),内蒙建平地区种子油和(?)肉油中生育酚含量为0.199%和0.459%(g/g)。本法精密度和回收率分别为4.0%和88.77%. This paper reports the determination of α-tocopherol in seabuckthorn oil by capillary gas chromatography. The tocopherol content in seed oil of Sichuan Xiaojin and Aba areas was measured to be 0.109% and 0.158% (g/g), respectively. The tocopherol content in oil and (?) meat oil was 0.199% and 0.459% (g/g). The method’s precision and recovery were 4.0% and 88.77%, respectively.
