采用试验和有限元方法研究了复合材料含翼肋单加筋板试验件的压缩性能,试验件包括带有长桁-翼肋连接和不含长桁-翼肋连接2种类型。试验和数值计算研究结果表明:与不含长桁-翼肋连接的试验件相比,带有长桁-翼肋连接的试验件具有较高的刚度和较高的临界屈曲失稳载荷,在后屈曲承载过程中具有较小的形变和较小的最终破坏载荷。试验件的最终破坏模式总是长桁与蒙皮间的界面脱粘,这表明长桁-翼肋连接对加筋板试验件的最终破坏模式无影响。在复合材料翼面结构设计中,需要综合考虑长桁-翼肋连接对加筋板初始临界失稳载荷、后屈曲变形和结构承载能力等方面的影响。
The compressive properties of composite specimens with ribbed single stiffened panels were studied by means of experiment and finite element method. The test items included two types with long-girder-ribbed connections and no long-girder-ribbed connections. The experimental and numerical results show that compared with the test pieces without long girder-rib connection, the test pieces with long-stringer-rib connection have higher stiffness and higher critical buckling buckling load. The post-buckling bearing process has less deformation and smaller final breaking load. The ultimate failure mode of the test piece is always the debonding of the interface between the stringer and the skin, which shows that the connection of stringer-rib has no effect on the ultimate failure mode of the test piece of stiffened plate. In the design of composite airfoil, the influences of long-stringer-rib connection on the initial critical buckling load, post-buckling deformation and structural load-bearing capacity of stiffened plate must be considered.
