在过去,油田管线运作过程中,一旦发生了泄漏或者是故障,必选要采取先停运、再清空管道进行维修的方法,采取一些临时的手段,来修复管道中出现的故障,为管道的安全使用带来了极大的安全隐患。双侧带压封堵技术的出现,有效地改善了传统管道维修工作中存在的问题,彻底修复管道中出现的故障。该方法既安全又实惠,不仅能够解决传统方法工序繁琐、修复不彻底的问题,还能有效的提高管道修复的速度,减少管道修复工作所消耗的人力。因此,本文对油田管线施工双侧带压封堵技术的工艺部分进行了简要的介绍,并对其在实际工作中的应用进行了分析。
