机械装备制造业是工业中的重要组成部分,其财务管理水平直接关系到国家利益。由于其产品有着投资巨大、价格高昂等性质,一旦财务管理出现问题,将是巨大的损失。因此,对机械装备制造业的财务管理影响因素进行分析,并提出相关对策是十分有必要的。笔者根据中铁隧道装备制造有限公司的实际情况为出发点,从财务制度建设、监督机制建设两方面对装备制造业财务管理展开论述。
Machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is an important part of the industry, and its financial management is directly related to national interests. Due to its huge investment, high price and other properties, once the financial management problems, will be a huge loss. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze the influencing factors of financial management of machinery and equipment manufacturing industry and put forward relevant countermeasures. Based on the actual situation of China Railway Tunneling Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the author starts from the financial system construction and supervision mechanism construction to discuss the financial management of equipment manufacturing industry.
