2000年伊始,“城市解困工程”被列为石嘴山市十大工程之一,做好此项工作对石嘴山市经济发展,社会稳定起着重要作用。石嘴山市劳动就业服务局紧紧围绕《石嘴山市城市解困工程实施方案》,把搞好劳务输出,实施走出去就业战略,作为城市解困工程和劳动就业再就业工作的一项重要内容去抓。该局通过深入厂矿企业、职业技能学校、街道办事处、居委会等调查摸底,掌握了下岗失业、待业人员的基本情况,继而通过措施引导、宣传动员、鼓励下岗失业人员外出就业。目前全市向北京、上海、江苏、福建、广东等地共输出就业人员1336人。2000年7月10日经石嘴山市委、市政府
