The Chinese nation has a long history of 5,000 years. It has been able to maintain for thousands of years and has not been eliminated by the world. It is undoubtedly the huge force generated by its traditional culture and education. The ancients have had brilliant insights in the Book of Rites and Scholars: “Building the country and the people, teaching first ”. Today’s people have: “Enterprise training, Chinese learning first”. Among them, the “discipline rule” is a Confucian classic reading. Man is ahead of management, and safety comes first. The “Diatrician Regulations”, a total of 1,080 words, was originally a child of Mao Mengyang, a seemingly inconspicuous book. It actually contained great wisdom for doing things and learning. The hardest part of management is the people. Although seeking professional team support is a way, internal training is the real blood-making mechanism for development. The essence of Chinese traditional culture, such as the Analects of Confucius and the Disciples of Disciples, is more subtle in human self-cultivation.
